AV Production Manager & Account Manager

Chalie brings over a decade of hands-on experience in live production, AV integration, and system design to his role at Revolution. A graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in Show Production & Touring, he’s worked across every corner of the industry from touring with artists and mixing live shows to leading major installs for Walt Disney World and managing integration projects across the East Coast.

Today, Chalie plays a dual role at Revolution, managing both the technical execution of AV systems and the client relationships that bring events to life. Known for his calm presence, deep technical knowledge, and collaborative spirit, he ensures every production runs seamlessly from load-in to showtime. Outside of work, Chalie stays sharp by training in martial arts, experimenting in the kitchen, and investing in real estate.
