Leila brings over two decades of experience in the event industry and a reputation as one of Philadelphia’s most trusted relationship builders. Prior to joining Revolution, she served as Senior Director of Sales at one of the region’s premier event groups, where she led high-performing teams and contributed to some of the city’s most notable productions.

As VP of Marketing & Sales, Leila drives business development, strengthens brand visibility, and helps shape the company’s long-term growth strategy. Known for her strategic mindset and calm, confident leadership, she’s also a founding board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of WIPA (Wedding Industry Professionals Association), where she currently serves as Vice President.
